Brand New Beachbody Workout: The 4-Week CIZE® Challenge

cize-challenge-pack-kristinabbcoachI am super stoked to try out the brand new CIZE workout with Shaun T.  It’s a 4-week challenge that involves a 30 to 45 minute dance routine.  It really looks like a fun way to exercise and that’s why it’s supposed to be the “end of exercise”.

I will be doing a 4-week CIZE Challenge with my coach, my newest challenger and coachee (Lauren T.) and some others looking to try CIZE out for the first time.  I’m really looking forward to the change-up to my 21 Day Fix workout, but keeping with the 21 Day  Fix nutrition plan (with the containers).

HERE are my before CIZE photos, taken earlier today and here are my stats:

  • Weight: 239.8lbs
  • R Arm: 14″
  • L Arm: 14″
  • Bust: 42″
  • Waist: 34″ (38″ belly button)
  • Hips: 45″
  • R Thigh: 26″
  • L Thigh: 26″
  • R Calf: 17″
  • L Calf: 17″
